Welcome! First of all I want to congratulate you on the birth of a child in the vicinity. It is a great and precious opportunity to capture one of the first and touching days of his life. I am very happy that you have decided to choose me for the photo shoot of your child because it is very important to remember that brief moment forever

When is it better to book a photo shoot?

To provide customers with the best service I ask you to contact in advance, during pregnancy. The photo shoot of the newborn should be booked for the date of delivery (presumed). The exact date of the session is assigned to the actual date of discharge from the hospital. The reservation is valid only due prepayment.

When is it better to take pictures of a newborn?

I love photographing newborns! The session with the newborns is better done before the baby has passed 14 days, I will reserve the place for your child in my calendar when booking. I’m not in a hurry during the photo shoot, to create more variety of images. It usually lasts 3-4 hours.

How do i prepare the baby?

Before taking, I ask the mother to breastfeed the baby. So I can start the photo shoot from the end of the feeding.
I suggest, before starting to photograph, to respect some rules for feeding if you are breast-feeding. Eliminate, at least before a photo shoot, some foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, chocolate, coffee and spicy food.

How should i prepare my home?

For the session, I need a room with enough natural light, where I can organize everything necessary for shooting with props and perform a single photo shoot. If there are small children and pets in the house, it would be better to keep them in a separate room.
The photo shoot for the newborn takes place in the heat, because during the session it is necessary to change the baby several times, so I bring a small electric stove with me, to warm the room up to 28-29 degrees. If you have the heater at home, together we will heat the room much faster.

As a parent, what should I do during the photo shoot?

I will be responsible for the little one for most of the work during filming. The most important thing in while it is to stay calm, so your child will fall asleep faster. Relax and enjoy. Before starting, I will ask the mother to clean the child’s eyes, wash the face and cut the nails a little, if they are long, so as not to get scratched. If you dry your skin, you need to apply oil or baby cream. So I will help you get more beautiful shots.

We have to participate in a photo shoot too?

Definitely, all family members are welcome during filming. It is a chance to immerse yourself in the first love experiences of the whole family.

Where will the session be held?

in studio
I prefer to photograph the newborns in my studio. It is equipped with a variety of props – fabrics, clothing and various accessories and other things that may be needed during filming. The same photo service of the newborn takes place in the heat, warming the room up to 28-29 degrees.

at home
I try to create maximum comfort adapted to him and his parents. I will come to the house, so as not to force the mother too much in the post-birth period. Make sure you have a large window with sufficient amount of natural light during the day.
